Where do you ship?
We ship within the United States and the United Kingdom. We are looking at adding more destinations.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum spend, and the price you see at checkout is the final delivery price.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days, then usually spend 4 to 6 business days in transit. Altogether, expect your order within roughly 5 to 8 business days of placing it.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships we email you a tracking number and the name of the carrier handling the delivery. You can also use the Track Your Order page.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can cancel within 1 hour of placing your order by emailing us. If it has already shipped, return it once it arrives under our normal return process.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to start a return. Items need to be unused and in the condition they reached you in, with tags attached and in the original packaging.
Who pays for return shipping?
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, we cover the return shipping. If you changed your mind, return shipping is yours to cover. We charge no restocking fee.
When will I get my refund?
Once your return reaches us and is approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method, typically within 10 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to post it.
What is the VIP option at checkout?
Choosing VIP applies a 30% discount to eligible merchandise in that order. The intended terms are a 20-day free trial then $39.99 USD a month, but enrollment and recurring billing are not active on this store yet: no subscription is created and the membership fee is not charged today. Leave it unchecked to pay the normal price.
